I dont mind malayali singers, performance and talent has to be appreciated whereever they are.. Mallus singers are better in a way they dont kill Thamizh mozhi as much as the Setu singers do (god.. what Uditnarayan does with thamizh words, madhu shree , kailas gher.. oh god.. mella thamizh seththu kondirukiradhu..) I wont say malayalis are better singers than thamilians. Mallus come out and participate in such programs more than we Thamizhs. As it is obvious, they are ready to go anywhere and build careers, this attitude is more in them. The saddest part is that they pronounce Thamizh better than original thamizhans. I have seen this with my own eyes, coz i work in a environment where thamizh pronounciation is very much essential. And Saddest part is many many thamizhilians cannot pronounce “Malai meedu Mazhai vizhundu MaLa MaLa venu urundodiyadhu”. மலை மீது மழை விழுந்து மள மள என உருண்டு ஓடியது. they get only one L sound. So let us stop all blaming and cursing and start doing some effective work.

i think not many children have applied for junior contest.thats y vijay tv is giving ad for it over and over to send their voice CD.the selection process was supposed to have ended by may 15.but still they r asking for children to participate.they say this is last chance for past 2 months.many have become aware of vijay tv politics and stupidity and many dont want to fall into it and become a prey for it.
