POOSANIKKAI [WHITE PUMPKIN ] DOSAI

Ingredients:
Par boiled rice‐1 cup
Raw rice‐2tbsp
Shredded coconut‐2tbsp
Red chillies‐4
Curry leaves‐1tbsp
Cumin seeds‐½sp
Shredded white pumpkin‐2 cups
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak the boiled rice with raw rice for 5 hours and grind it very smoothly
with shredded coconut, red chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds and
shredded poosanikkai. The batter should be thick.
Add enough salt and mix well.
Keep it covered for 2 hours and thenyou can make nice dosas.
