The decks are cleared for Ajith’s much awaited film ‘Billa’, for December 14 release. The movie, directed by Vishnuvardhan, has been censored and given a U/A certification. The movie is jointly produced by ‘Ananda’ Suresh and Ayngaran International.

Pyramid Saimira, who has procured the distribution rights, is all set for the worldwide release of the film on December 14.

The rumours made round last week saying that Yuvan Shankar Raja had not completed the RR of the movie and hence the release of the movie would get delayed. It was even said that the release would be postponed to Pongal. The rumour, however, has proved to be wrong.

‘Billa’ is released in a week where there is no other release. Later this month, Christmas and New Year holidays could well boost the business of ‘Billa’.
