I am basically a Swede but I due to my visits to TAMILNADU I fell in love with the language TAMIL.I am trying to learn by listening to TAMIL fm channels but unfortunately its a pity that the RJ’s at Aahaa & Tamil fm channels broadcasted from Tamilnadu don’t speak in TAMIL.I notice a lot of English in the language.I feel so sorry for these people, TAMIL is such a beautiful language which has made a Swede living some where near the north påle to fall in love with that language & I wonder why they people living there can’t speak it in its pure form.BUT I ENJOY THE SONGS AS THEY IN TAMIL MOST OF THE TIME..

Ahaa fm is so cool. I am living in Denmark and listening to tamil so far away from chennai is really a boon for us.

MAGNUS BERGSTROM : Its very nice to know that you are liking Tamil language so much. Yes, you are very right about people in tamilnadu mixing up the language with too much of english. But still there are people like me who are conscious about this factor and tries to speak completely in tamil alone.

Yes i go with balachander. I feel that people adultrate the tamil. When u wont accept any products been adultrated. Similarly…. this is also adultrating an langauge and killing the real beauty of tamil. this is not only for tamil, any language.. although u cant be 100% perfect try to avoid it. dont insult any language by mixing it with other language.
